Girls Gymnastics Policies & Procedures
Girls Gymnastics programs are available for Miller-Driscoll, Cider Mill, Middlebrook, and Wilton High School students. Programs run in four sessions: Fall, December/Winter, Spring and Summer. Classes are held at the Wilton High School Auxiliary Gymnasium. Enrollment is open for all levels, beginners through high school. Registration cut-off is the Friday before the sessions begin. Registrations received after this date will be accepted only if there is space. A $25 late fee will apply per program.
Parents must notify WCE of any change to their child's participation in Gymnastics. Parents must provide 24 hour written notification to WCE gymnastics@wiltoncontinuinged.org and Coach Chadwick chadwickg@wiltonps.org if they are arriving more than 15 minutes late to a class. Arriving 15 minutes late without notification is considered a no show. After 15 minutes, there is no guarantee Coach Chadwick will be at the Auxiliary Gym.
Cancellation / Change Policy for All Programs
Cancellation Policy: Parent-initiated cancellations will result in a WCE credit less a $35 withdrawal fee per student per class. Materials fees are non-refundable. No credit or refund will be issued 7 business days before the start of class. No credit or refund will be issued after the session begins. There are no credits for no shows. Refunds will only be issued for classes cancelled by WCE. Request to withdraw from a class must be submitted in writing to info@wiltoncontinuinged.org.
School Closing or Early Dismissal
If schools are closed or are dismissed early, ALL Gymnastics classes are cancelled for that day. Make-up classes are added to the end of the session.
